Refund policy

At Atelier Sebastian, we'd rather you keep a piece because you love it than return it because anything felt like a chore. So we've kept this plain and honest. Everything below applies to orders placed and delivered within the United States, which is where we currently ship and accept returns.

Return window

You have 40 days from delivery to start a return.

Condition for return

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition, with all tags and packaging
Free of any damage or marks made after delivery

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Returns that don't meet these conditions may be refused.

How to return

Email care@ateliersebastian.com with your order number.
We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
Post it back with all packaging, using a tracked service.

Please wait for our reply before sending anything.

Return shipping

You cover return postage. We don't provide prepaid labels.
Use a tracked, insured service. We can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you the outcome.
Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 3 business days.
Original shipping costs aren't refunded, unless the return is our fault.
Banks can take a few extra days to show the funds. No refund after 7 business days? Email us.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Just mention it when you email us. Exchanges are available for faulty and non-faulty items.

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

Email care@ateliersebastian.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. Once confirmed, we'll replace, repair, or refund it at no cost to you.
