Shipping policy
We want your order to reach you quickly and without fuss. Here's how we process, ship, and deliver, all within the United States, which is the only place we currently ship to.
Processing your order
- Cut-off time: 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Order before the cut-off on a business day and we start processing it the same day
- Order after 4:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or US federal holiday, and processing starts the next business day
- Processing takes 0 to 2 business days (verifying, packing, and preparing your order)
Business days run Monday to Friday and don't include weekends or US federal holidays.
Delivery time
- Method: standard delivery, tracking included
- Transit: 4 to 8 business days once your order ships
- Total: roughly 4 to 10 business days from the moment you order, processing included
These are estimates. Your location and factors beyond our control can move them.
Shipping cost
- A flat $6.99 per order, anywhere in the US
- No surprises at checkout: one rate covers the whole order
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's site to follow your parcel to your door.
Who delivers
We use trusted, established carriers. The one handling your order may differ depending on your address and the most reliable route at the time.
Getting your address right
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout, since accurate delivery comes down to the address you give us. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete:
- We'll get in touch to sort out the right address
- A further shipping charge may apply to send it out again
If something goes wrong in delivery
If tracking says delivered but it's not in your hands:
- Ask around with neighbors and anyone else at your address
- Check with your local depot or post office
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

Delays we can't control
We aim to hit every estimate, but now and then things slip for reasons outside our hands, such as:
- Severe weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak shipping periods
- Other unforeseen events
