We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or stock limits. When you order, you confirm the payment method is yours and that you're authorized to use it.

Payment and taxes

Payment is taken through our secure third-party processors at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping. We never store your full card details.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by things outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Full timings and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

These are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: a 40-day return window from delivery, items returned in original condition, customers cover return postage, and approved refunds go to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your content

If you post reviews, photos, or other content on our site, you keep ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with our business. Don't post anything unlawful, offensive, or that isn't yours to share. We may remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, the name, logo, text, images, graphics, and design, belongs to Atelier Sebastian or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of it without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

To the fullest extent the law allows, Atelier Sebastian isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, our products, or any delay, error, or interruption. Where we're found liable, our total liability won't exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Indemnity

You agree to cover and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first, as most things are sorted quickly that way. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled under the laws of the State of New York. Where permitted, disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and both you and we waive any right to bring or join a class action.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in New York have jurisdiction except where arbitration applies.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies
Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours
These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version lives on this page with the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
